What Days and Times are available to have my blinds cleaned?
Residential - Monday-Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm, excluding holidays
Commercial - Tuesday-Saturday 6:00pm-6:00am, excluding holidays
Every day, we work in different counties completing jobs in one geographical area. Because commercial customers often require specific days and times, we also make every effort to meet residential customer's special needs. Your sales consultant can assist you with specific times.
What about changing my scheduled cleaning time?
No problem changing your scheduled time but we ask for at least 48-hour notice. When short notice is given a $50 cancellation is charged because technicians are given weekly schedules and usually cannot be reassigned.
Is the cleaning performed at my home or business?
We provide two blind cleaning service options to meet you budget:
1. Pickup/Delivery - On average, customers save about 10% using our offsite cleaning service. A technician comes to your location, removes the blinds and returns the next day to re-hang them.
2. Mobile Unit - Blinds are cleaned onsite using a high tech mobile unit. Blinds are taken down, cleaned onsite in state-of-the-art ultrasonic tank (less than 2 minutes) and each blind is ordinarily re-hung in less than 10 minutes. There is not a faster, more efficient blind cleaning process!
What do I have to do before the cleaning?
So the work performed in your home or business can be as safe and efficient as possible, we ask that you move small pictures on window ledges or other items that will be difficult to work around. Preparation for commercial customers such as large office buildings, hospitals, etc., is discussed in much greater detail with your sales consultant.
What if something is damaged during the cleaning?
We treat your home or business with absolute care. However, should damage or breakage occur while on the job, every effort is made to repair or if necessary, replace the item. When appropriate, insurance claims will be submitted by your service dealer.
Does the cleaning make a mess?
Your home or business will not be affected with either of our services.
